黑料吃瓜 today announced the appointment of Michael F. Reilly to its Board of Directors, effective聽March 18, 2026. Reilly brings more than three decades of leadership in legal, compliance, and governance across the global agricultural sciences sector, including over 20 years at FMC Corporation (NYSE: FMC), where he most recently served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and Secretary.聽
In his senior leadership roles at FMC from 2002 to 2025, Reilly advised the CEO, C-suite leaders, and the Board on complex legal, risk, compliance, business strategy, and sustainability matters. He supported key Board committees, including Nominating & Governance, Audit, Compensation, and Sustainability, and was a partner to directors in implementing a proactive board refreshment strategy.

Prior to FMC, Reilly served in legal leadership roles at Zeneca/Syngenta, where his work included negotiating ventures, divestitures and licenses; supporting M&A; representing the business before antitrust and competition authorities; and managing product liability and environmental matters.
Reilly earned a J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School and an A.B., magna cum laude, from Columbia College, Columbia University, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
